Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Customized or made-to-order sets may require additional processing time. This will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship:

  • Within Dubai & UAE

  • To Pakistan

  • International shipping may be available upon request (subject to courier availability and charges).

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service:

  • Within Dubai: 1–3 business days

  • Within UAE: 2–5 business days

  • Pakistan / International: 5–10 business days (may vary due to customs and courier delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • The Bangle Studio is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
