Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items (Important)
⚠️ Customized, personalised, or made-to-order bangle sets are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once an order is customized or specially prepared for you, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Return Shipping
• The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos so we can review and assist you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 - 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalised sets.
• Sale or discounted items.
• Worn or damaged items not due to our error.
